1. Products and Warranties
- Brand New Phones: Warranty coverage for 1 year.
- UK Used Phones: Warranty coverage for 5 days, with battery health ranging between 83% and 95%.
- Some UK-used phones may have replaced screens, which will be clearly indicated in the product listing. These devices are fully tested and function as expected
- Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered within 48–72 hours of order confirmation.
2. Returns and Refunds
- Return Eligibility:
- Returns for brand-new and UK-used phones are valid within 2–7 days.
- UK-used phones can only be returned during the 5-day warranty period.
- Any return request outside these timelines will not be accepted.
- Cash Back Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after return approval.
- Order Replacement: Approved replacements will be processed within 7 working days.
3. Damages and Repair Charges
- No returns will be accepted for external damages.
- Customers are fully liable for damages caused by misuse or negligence.
- Repair or depreciation damages will be charged at twice the cost of the damage, considering that repairs reduce the value of the gadget.
- Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Limitation of Liability
GreenLifeAppleTech is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services.
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
