- Returns for brand-new and UK-used phones are accepted within 2–5 days of delivery.
- UK-used phones are only eligible for returns during their 5-day warranty period.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- No returns will be accepted for external damages caused by improper handling or negligence.
3. Damages and Liability
- If a product is returned with damages caused by the customer, repair costs and depreciation will be charged.
- Customers are liable to pay twice the cost of the damage due to the impact on resale value.
4. Refunds and Replacements
- Cash Back: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days upon approval of the return.
- Order Replacement: Replacements for approved returns will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Battery Health
- UK-used phones are sold with a battery health range of 83%–95%.
- Brand-new phones come with a battery health of 100%.
