• UK-used phones are only eligible for returns during their 5-day warranty period.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• No returns will be accepted for external damages caused by improper handling or negligence.

3. Damages and Liability

• If a product is returned with damages caused by the customer, repair costs and depreciation will be charged.
  • Customers are liable to pay twice the cost of the damage due to the impact on resale value.

4. Refunds and Replacements

• Cash Back: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days upon approval of the return.
• Order Replacement: Replacements for approved returns will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Battery Health

• UK-used phones are sold with a battery health range of 83%–95%.
• Brand-new phones come with a battery health of 100%.
